1: What is the delivery time?

Our products are made to order; local delivery can take up to 5-7 working days and international delivery can take up to 12-14 working days. All orders are processed within the first week and are generally scheduled for delivery the following week. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock and payment authorization. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2: What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Delivery charges are Rs.720/- for local orders. International shipping charges depend on the weight and country.

3: How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS. You can log on to the courier websites for local and international orders, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

4: How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Any product bought from House Of Reina can be exchanged only if the company is at fault for delivering an incorrect order or if the item received is faulty. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.

In cases where the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color for an item, our exchange policy is not applicable. In such cases, we are not liable to exchange the clothing item.

Reina does not entertain any returns and/or refunds.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

Reina does not provide exchange/refund for customised orders.
