Cancellation Policy

At House of Reina, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below.

1. Cancellation Window
Standard Orders: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

Fast-Track/Shipped Orders: Once an order has been "Processed" or "Dispatched," it can no longer be cancelled. At this point, our Exchange Policy will apply instead.

2. Custom & Stitched Orders
Orders involving Custom Stitching or Made-to-Order pieces cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun (usually immediately after the 24-hour window).

If a cancellation is requested for a custom order after 24 hours but before shipping, a 50% restocking/labor fee may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

3. Paid Orders & Refunds
Card/Pre-paid Cancellations: If you cancel a paid order within the 24-hour window, a 5% bank processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs charged by the payment gateway.

Refund Method: Approved cancellations for paid orders will be processed via the original payment method or issued as a Store Credit Voucher, depending on your preference.

4. Rights of the Brand
House of Reina reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Common reasons include:

Items being out of stock or failing quality control.

Pricing or technical errors on the website.

Incomplete shipping information or payment authorization issues.
