Any product bought from Reina can be exchanged ONLY when the company is at fault of delivering the right order or the clothing item delivered is faulty.
In cases where the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color for an item, our exchange policy is not applicable. In such cases, we are not liable to exchange the clothing item.
Reina does not entertain any returns and/or refunds.
For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
Reina does not provide exchange/refund for customised orders.
