Return & Exchange Policy

Any product bought from House Of Reina can be exchanged only if the company is at fault for delivering an incorrect order or if the item received is faulty. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.

In cases where the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color for an item, our exchange policy is not applicable. In such cases, we are not liable to exchange the clothing item.

Reina does not entertain any returns and/or refunds.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

Reina does not provide exchange/refund for customised orders.
